Tuition

Students are encouraged to enroll in regular weekly lessons. Tuition is due monthly and payable online or in person. We accept cash, check or credit card. For automatic payment options, please contact us. We email invoices at the beginning of the month and ask that you pay tuition before the first lesson of a new cycle. Frequently missed or excessively late payments may result in suspension or termination of lessons.

Students who begin lessons mid-month pay “pro-rated” tuition (calculated by lessons remaining in the billing cycle). The discounted monthly rate applies to pro-rated tuition. Pay per-lesson students are required to pay prior to each lesson. See our “Tuition Rate” page for current tuition rates.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your lesson we require written notice (text is acceptable) by 8:00 p.m. the evening before your lesson. Lessons canceled after the 8:00 p.m. cutoff are forfeited and the balance for the missed lesson due in full. Students who cancel by 8:00 p.m. the evening before a lesson have the option to reschedule or roll a credit forward to next month’s tuition. Lesson Start Time

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to assure lessons start on a timely basis. Lessons are often scheduled back-to-back; therefore, we cannot extend the length of a lesson with a late start time.

Required Materials

Helmets are required for all riders under the age of 18 years old. They are also required for any rider (regardless of age) participating in speed events or jumping. A selection of helmets are available for use at our barn.

All riders are required to wear closed toe shoes, and pants while riding. Students are expected to dress for the weather as our barn is not heated or cooled.

Withdrawal from Lessons

Please give us at least 2 weeks notice if you wish to withdrawal from lessons.
